Painting: Painting is a special process and is at the heart of our facility. Our paint shop is equipped with hot process for degreasing, phosphating and passivation. The phosphating adopted by us is the latest technology known as tri-cation. This imparts coating of Zn, MN and NI, with excellent anti corrosive properties.
Bus Bar Design: Bus Bar Design is the key to the performance of switch boards. A well designed bus bar system ensures there is a minimum temperature rise on the bus bars and withstands the forces generated by the fault currents in the event of a short circuit without causing any damage to the switchgear installed in the switchboard. We take almost care in design of our bus bar systems. We use specially designed bus bar insulators which have been tested to withstand fault currents up to 50 KA. Further we ensure that the temperature rise on the bus bars does not exceed 40 Deg C over and above the ambient, thus ensuring that the bus bars act as heat sink to draw away the heart generated in the contacts of the Switchgear connected thereby enhancing the performance and life of the switchgear.
Wiring: Harness Charts are made prior to wiring and the harnesses are made in advance.
This practice ensures that there are no errors in wiring and also enables to prepare the harnesses in advance thereby reducing the lead time for manufacturing.
